Cyberlaw dictionary is an alphabetical reference guide to technical and legal terms related to the Internet. Our aim is to explain basic technical jargon of cyberspace to those who are not familiar with its jargon. We've given preference to terms that are widely used, like modem or bandwidth, and to those that describe new concepts specific to the Internet experience such as phishing or sexting.
Object Oriented
in programming, a combination of code, which is a sequence of instructions referred to as functions, along with data units, referred to as structures. In the past, operating systems dealt with these entities separately. The combination of function and structure, called an object, allows for significant advantages to programmers as well as the end users of software.
